POLENTA WITH TRUFFLE

Corn flour with bits of dried Truffles: a Truffle polenta ready to cook.

  • Instant maize flour
  • dried Summer Truffle 1% (Tuber Aestivum Vitt – origin Italy)
  • dried White Truffle 0,1% (Tuber Magnatum Pico – origin Italy)
  • Flavourings

USE:
Boil 300g of water every 70g of polenta, add salt and pour the flour, stir the mixture for about 5/6 minutes. Spoon the polenta onto plates and top with Extra Virgin Olive Oil (ideal with White Truffle Oil) or simple tomato sauce.
